Learn more about ZEISS systems & software dedicated to plant research
Microscopic imaging of plant specimen often requires special conditions, e.g. plants sense gravity and react accordingly. Therefore, it is highly desired to image roots or seedlings in their natural situation for artefact free results. Furthermore, in fluorescence imaging the strong autofluorescence often overlaps with specific dyes and blurs the signal dramatically.
In this workshop we will introduce and discuss a selection of technologies and products which can be very beneficial in modern life sciences focusing on plant research. For this purpose, we will have the collaboration of the Instituto de Biología Molecular y Celular de Plantas (Valencia), of María Cuacos, researcher from the Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research in Gatersleben, and application specialists of 3D systems from ZEISS.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 3D Imaging Workshop in Plants, with a hybrid session (you can choose online or onsite) on July 8th, and onsite hands-on sessions on July 9th-11th at the Instituto de Biología Molecular y Celular de Plantas, Valencia (Spain).
Please register soon because seats are limited for this event, and do not miss the chance to test the ZEISS Lightsheet 7 microscope, Axiozoom, Apotome 3 and Arivis Pro software at the hands-on sessions!
