Correlative Cryo Workflow Workshop

19th and 20th June 2024

At Centro Nacional de Biotecnología (CNB), Campus Cantoblanco, Madrid

Come join us for an exciting workshop where you can discover the process of image formation, sample preparation, and learn about the different types of cryo confocal and focused ion beam scanning electron microscopes - all under the guidance of experts in the field.
This workshop intends to be a truly immersive experience, so we're providing hands-on access to the latest Cryo CLEM technology and 3D software processing solutions from ZEISS.
Join us in this 2-day workshop and take your knowledge in microscopy to the next level.

Correlative Cryo Workflow Workshop

This workshop will cover methods and supporting theory to enable attendees to become more comfortable and competent operating the microscopes for cryo correlative confocal light electron microscopy (cryo CLEM) workflow and image processing/analysis. The CNB-CSIC will host this workshop in collaboration with ZEISS in Madrid.

This is a two days in-person free workshop consisting of presentations to highlight:

  • Fundamental microscopy concepts of the cryo clem workflow

  • hands-on instrument time with trainers to click through your workflows step by step

  • With small group sizes of <5 attendees/trainer, you will get valuable, individualized access to the most cutting-edge cryo correlative microscopy solutions ZEISS offers.
