Beyond Helium: Taking Nanofabrication to the Next Step

Discover the world’s first multi-ion beam instrument making an evolutionary leap in nanoscale research by combining helium, neon, and gallium beams and offering the highest resolution in imaging and nanofabrication. Learn more at our booth or at one of the daily HIM workshops in exchange room #1 from 2:00pm - 3:00pm.

    MORE NEW PRODUCTS AT EMC

Come to the ZEISS booth for the first European demonstrations of the new ΣIGMA HD and MERLIN Compact field emission scanning electron microscopes [FE-SEM]. Both instruments were recently launched at Microscopy & Microanalysis (M&M) 2012 as part of a major extension to our FE-SEM portfolio.

    Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope

∑IGMA HD provides exceptional imaging and analysis of non-conductive specimens and is compatible with a wealth of accessories, including the leading class ZEISS HD BSD and In-lens SE detectors for superior materials contrast and SE imaging. Learn more about ΣIGMA HD by attending our workshop on Wednesday at 1:15pm - 2:00pm on the exhibition floor or our poster presentation on Tuesday at 4:00pm - 6:00pm.

Request a demonstration on the booth.

    Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope

Enter the marvelous world of MERLIN FE-SEM with the new MERLIN Compact. Learn more about the unlimited application capabilities by individual system configuration and lots of recent improvements. Attend our exhibition floor workshop on Tuesday at 1:15pm - 2:00pm.

    Confocal Microscopy

The LSM 780 laser scanning confocal is a versatile, spectral confocal system ideal for the diverse demands of a multi-user facility. Use LSM 780 in combination with an scanning electron microscope from Carl Zeiss for correlative microscopy studies in Material and Biosciences.

Request a demonstration on the booth.

    Zoom Microscopy

The new Axio Zoom.V16 achieves long working distances combined with a high numerical aperture of NA 0.25 and the higher resolutions of traditional light microscopes. Resolution is twice that of conventional stereo microscopes, even at low magnification. In material science Axio Zoom.V16 is the ideal tool for Q & A measurements and surface topography. In biosciences Axio Zoom.V16 offers 2.5x higher resolution and 10x brighter fluorescence than a stereomicroscope and is ideal for routine screening as well as demanding multidimensional imaging applications.

    Correlative Microscopy

Discover how to image your samples with both electron and light microscopy for in-depth analyses using Shuttle & Find by Carl Zeiss.

    ZEN Imaging Software

ZEN software makes Carl Zeiss microscopes and cameras complete, transforming them into powerful, customized imaging workstations. Now, you can rely on one identical software interface for all your microscopy experiments. No matter which microscopy technique you are using, every aspect of microscope control and image acquisition will always be presented to you in the same way. With ZEN pro, ZEN lite and ZEN desk modules, there's a software package to suit your needs, whether individual researcher or corporate institute.
